Sharon loves having the opportunity to encourage and listen to the heart of another through the disciplines of spiritual direction, coaching, and soul care.  She describes this ministry by inviting us to envision sitting on a screened in porch, sipping sweet tea, and sharing heart to heart in unhurried conversation about one’s life while responding to the gentle nudging of the Holy Spirit. Sharon’s desire is that each person comes away from their time together with a growing attentiveness and awareness of the Holy Spirit in one’s own life. She considers it a sacred honor to walk with those who wish to discover deeper intimacy with Jesus.

Sharon is a graduate of the Soul Shepherding Institute, including an additional two-year Spiritual Direction certificate program and coaching course.  She is currently working on an Ignatian Meditation certification.  She is available to meet in person or via Zoom.  Her home is in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina where she and her husband oversee a private spiritual retreat center devoted to spiritual direction, coaching, and soul care.  She finds great delight in God’s beautiful creation right outside her front door.
